Eligibility for Returns

    Items can be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.

    Condition of Items: Returned items must be:

• Unworn and in their original condition.
• Accompanied by all original packaging, including the jewellery box, tags, and certificates (if applicable).Free of damage or alterations.

Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalised jewellery.
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
• Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
• Items marked as "final sale"

RETURN FEE

The return fee is 4 EUR/GBP and the amount will be deducted from the purchased price.
